Our yoga classes are held throughout the week with convenient times to fit every schedule.




Monday

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — Yoga Fit with Jenna


Tuesday

9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. — All Levels Hatha with Susan

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — All Levels Hatha with Ron


Wednesday

9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — Gentle Yoga with Tim

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. — All Levels Hatha with Susan


Thursday

9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. — Gentle Yoga with Susan

4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. — All Levels Hatha with Tim(Free Will Donation-All Proceeds Will Go To Food Bank of the Hudson Valley)

6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.– Yoga for Strength Building with Danielle


Friday

6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. — Yin and Restorative Yoga with Ron

6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. — Meditation (Every Third Friday of the Month) with Liesi, Tim, and Susan


Saturday

9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. — All Levels Hatha with Tim

10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. — All Levels Hatha with Yvette


Sunday

10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. — All Levels Hatha with Barbara

6:00 p.m to 7:45 p.m — Y12SR (Now weekly-$10.00 Suggested Donation)

Fees

“Drop In” Classes – $15.00

5 class card – $60.00

10 class card – $120.00 (1 bonus class included!)


Please arrive at least 5 min before class begins. Classes start promptly!
Wear clothing that is comfortable and loose fitting (i.e. sweats, leggings, t-shirt, and tank top).
If you have your own mat please bring it. However, we do have mats and yoga props that you’re welcome to use.
